I recently moved from Texas to North Carolina. I am about to start college in the fall in NC, but this summer I would like to see everyone in TX again. I moved here because my mom is...well...a little off mentally. Now I live with my dad, but he does not want me back in TX right before college starts because of my mom's abusive nature. My friend really misses me as I do her and we both want to see each other again. I also have no fun trips planned and I would really like to do something as a big finish (so on July 5 we would be going to Warped Tou in Dallas). The problem arises because even though I just got a job, I do not have $300 saved for a plane ticket. Her mom offered to buy me one and is being adamant about doing so. I don't feel right about accepting the offer. What would you do?

My name is already printed and so is my SS#. I know I need to sign and date. My questions is in the section that states "Check appropriate box: Individual/sole proprietor" etc. I checked that box but now I am not sure that I should have done that. Anyway, since my information has not changed since I filled this out last year, why does the IRS keep having me fill out this form? It states it sent because the name and TIN combination for the account listed is inaccurate or incomplete. Untrue.

The Constitution requires only a majority vote to p legislation before it is sent to the President. I understand why we needed the filibuster and reconciliation. We no longer need them so why don't we go back to the way the Constitution was written? Why are people complaining about one party of the other using procedural loopholes when they are both doing so? Forcing one party to need 60 votes in the Senate is not Constitutional, regardless of the party doing it. Why don't the people who claim that Health Care is not Constitutional fight for the proper voting process?
