im vegan and its hard for me to stay on track to. go to www.meetyourmeat.com i watch that video every time i get a temtation it usually helps also dont put your self in tempting situations. if you know you going ot a friend or familys house that is eating dinner dont go or go to another room. It will be hard at first but you will get used to it and then you wont be tempted any more.
