Olympic Song? It has a Fiddler in it!?

I am trying to find a song....it is played in the Olympics all the time on the commercials and stuff. It has a fiddler, it was played during the opening ceremony of the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver. It was the fiddler when the man was in the moon! Help me please!
