Yahoo games says i need to clean my cache because has old version of the client in it.I did nothing works?

when I go to yahoo chess and click in a room then this message comes up..YOU HAVE AN OLD VERSION OF THE CLIENT IN YOUR CACHE..YOU WILL NEED TO RESTART YOUR BROWSER AND COME BACK TO RETRIVE THE CURRENT VERSION IF RESTARTING DOES NOT WORK MANUALLY CLEARING YOUR BROWSER,S CACHE SHOULD FIX THE PRIBLEM...ok ..I have went to internet options ,,deleted cookies deleted files cleared history i have the box checked to clear every time i restart in the advanced tab i have went to programs and disk clean up and deleted all temp files there and cleared the recycle bin even been in ms-dos mode and cleaned it there ... any other suggestions????????
