Seizures and Aura...?

What does an actual seizure feel like?? Sometimes I get what I believe is an "Aura" My mind starts racing and I feel like I'm about lose control of my body, it's a very disturbing and almost indescribable sensation. Is this what Is considered an Aura? And could this be a sign of an impending Seizure?
