How do I use the Tlbimp.exe development tool to make an Interop embly?

I know the syntax for doing this, but how do I get to the point where I can input the command. The .exe file is already present in the .NET SDK, however I'm not sure how to access it. Do I need to make a batch file or something? Any help would be great...Thanks.
