In Washington State is it required that a kindergartner have an adult waiting for them at the bus stop?
Is there a state law in Washington State that says a kindergartner must have an adult present in order for the bus driver to allow him off the bus? Or, do they need to let the kindergartner off regardless if there is a parent present or not?
