Is there a way to get my money back after Ive been scammed over the phone?

Most likely not. Always check your credit report for any type of collection. If its not listed then ignore the calls. I would get a copy of all three credit reports and check to see if this company is listed as a collector on them. If not, then you probably did get scammed and need to attach some fraud alerts to your accounts. Change your banking information ASAP!!!! If they are listed then, make sure they report your payment. Never do any business over the phone with a collection agency. Have everything done in writing so you always have proof. Check your bank records to see if that company is listed as a withdrawal on your account. Good luck.
