Maverik Wonderboy or Gravity?

I've been looking for a new shaft ever since my STX AXE C405 got dented and bent a good 20 degrees from hitting someone too hard. Looking at the two shafts, I've always wanted a Maverik. I didn't want the Bull (Paul Rabil's Signature Shaft) because I don't like that pre-grippy stuff on my shaft. They both seem really light, but are they strong? It seems like the gravity is alot lighter but has a far softer grip and seems like it'll dent pretty easily. And I can't go buying a new shaft every season
