Sport's Officiating?

Phoenix had 9 minors, including a too many men call, and SJ had 6: not terribly out of balance. the third period did get out of hand early on. I don't think they are betting or being paid off. What annoys me more are the stupid "touch" penalities, like hooking, being called. Guys are getting penalty shots because someone tickled his funny bone. You used to have to be really hammered and dragged down to get this call, and even then it didn't happen much.
