Is the PSE Buckeye a good bow for beginners?

I'm new to archery and I'm looking to buy a bow that's not crap. I found a USED PSE buckeye that's reasonably priced considering that it comes with everything I need to start (stabilizer, sight, quiver, arrows, stringer, tab, wrist guard), but I'm not sure if it's good for a beginner like me. The draw weight is 5 lbs over my preferred weight (I'd like 20 but this one is 25), but the draw length is perfect. If I stick with archery, it's expected that I upgrade to heavier bows, and considering that this bow is already heavier than my preferred weight, I'd be holding on to this bow for a bit longer. Would this be a good buy for $150? I realize that a brand new buckeye is about $100, but arent the extras pretty expensive collectively?
