What to do if my soon to be exwife keeps me from my daughter or her fam refuses to tell me where shes at?

nether her nor me have filed for divorce but intend to. i go to the last address i had witch is her moms house to ask for my daughter and no one is whiling to tell me where she has moved to and they know where shes at but refuse to give me any info... in the state of illinois if u are legally married both parents have the same right to child. all i want is to see my daughter. can i call the police and notify them about the situation?? what will they do?? can i press charges for attentive kidnap?? will the parents be held as accomplices because obviously they know where she lives?? if i get new address and go to her house to ask for my daughter and she refuses to open door or to let me see her can i call police?? will they force her to let me see my daughter. in illinois i do not need filed visitation i automatically have rights to my daughter due to marriage..
