Would you wear leggings under this dress?

I would say no, go with skinny jeans instead. When you wear a short dress like this with leggings and then you sit down or do anything really everything can be seen, and it can be embarring, the dress is more of a long shirt, but its cute and would go great with skinny jeans and flats, or even some bright pumps to dress it up a bit. But yeah, no matter how skinny you are leggings are not pants and many girls i see don't get that. You seem to get the idea that they do belong under dresses and your asking to see if even that's appropriate, that's a good thing, because i see some girls with leggings and a tee shirt and its quite disturbing..
