What would have been the response had George W Bush made this remark?

So much for sensitivity. I guess racism is bad, but making fun of special needs individuals is acceptable. I am sure there will be many Obama supporters on here defending him, but it just goes to show you what happens when he goes off teleprompter. He is a highlight reel waiting to happen.
